Submitting to My Bestie’s Dad

Overview
Submitting to My Best Friend’s Dad follows Becca, a Yale student recovering from a rough year and a breakup, whose summer takes a forbidden turn when she sleeps with James—the Italian Stallion and her best friend Tally’s father. Knowing it’s wrong, Becca allows James to pull her into a vortex of pleasure that has her breaching the surface of reality and grasping for survival. As she navigates the line between desire and deception, she must decide whether she can endure the affair without Tally finding out—or whether her secrets will cause her world to crash around her. The title is not literal; it’s psychological, about inheriting someone else’s authority and stepping into their shadow while pretending the shade is sunlight.
